Cortona Point Apartments doesn’t just “accept” dogs and cats - we love them! We invite up to two pets per home in our Goleta apartment community. A $1,000 pet deposit is required for dogs; a $500 pet deposit is required for cats. “Pet Rent” is $75 a month for dogs; $50 a month for cats.
